Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and museum authentication certificates are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at the museum, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
